Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to feel confident before placing an order. Please review the policy below before purchasing fragrance products.

Return requests

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered fragrance products are not eligible for return for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

Refund review

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
